4 · Payment

Who acts: the buyer pays; the supplier records receipt when needed. Starts with: a confirmed purchase order. Ends with: the order paid, or set to be paid on delivery.

You pay the supplier, not the platform

The supplier is the seller and issues the invoice. LCPP never holds the money; it records the payment status so both sides see the same thing.

Three ways to pay

The buyer picks the method per supplier when issuing. Suppliers choose which methods they accept.

MethodHow it worksWho marks it paid
OnlineThe buyer pays on the supplier's own payment page (card or e-wallet) and comes back with the resultThe payment provider confirms it straight away
Bank transferThe buyer transfers to the supplier's account, shown on the order, and uploads the receiptThe supplier, once the money arrives
Cash on deliveryNothing is paid now; the buyer pays the driver or the counter at handoverThe supplier, at handover

Orders paid up front should be paid within 3 days of confirmation by default. The supplier starts preparing once the order is paid. With cash on delivery it starts straight away.
